Parents seeking a place at Speen School for admission under category 6 (attendance in a local Christian Church) should also complete the supplementary form in addition to the Buckinghamshire Council form.

Parents who wish to apply for an in-year Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 place, should complete the Speen in-year application form.
