Welcome
I warmly welcome you to Speen Church of England School. We are a happy, nurturing school where both children and adults share in the joy of learning.
Here all our children, from when they arrive at the age of 2 ½ to when they leave at age 7, learn in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. As well as promoting fantastic academic results, we aim for our children to flourish into emotionally resilient, confident, lifelong learners that become the very best that they can be. We encourage this through our vibrant and exciting curriculum which embraces the community in which we are situated, recognising local history, heritage, geography and, most importantly, the aspirations of all our children.
Our children have the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities from weekly Forest school sessions with our qualified staff, a range of sports clubs and an opportunity to join a French club. We also offer Wrap Around Care, which includes a Breakfast Club, After-school provision and holiday club to support working parents.
If you would like to find out more about our school, please do not hesitate to contact us on:

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and I would be more than happy to show you round.
I look forward to meeting you,
Lisa Davies
Head Teacher
"As a current parent and having had other children go through speen schools, I am forever grateful for the wonderful, nurturing, and efficient care that all my children have experienced. Speen School gives all children an excellent start in life due to its small and caring atmosphere and above all its diligent and professional staff and with an active PTA hosting many events throughout the year, there are many chances to give something back whilst building a valuable social circle. I feel sure that we’ll always maintain a connection to this very special establishment "
"The school has provided a fantastic nurturing environment for the start of both of my daughter’s education. The small class sizes give the experienced teachers the opportunity to understand the individual traits in every child, so that each child can thrive, Pupils feel a sense of belonging which is further supported by the strong Christian ethos of the school."
