- It is ok not to feel ok.
- Make people feel good by smiling and giving hugs.
- Help people when they are hurt.
- Make sure you are not hungry or thirsty, that can make you feel sad or grumpy.
- Count on people, just like our song.
- Keep your body healthy by exercising.
- Talk to friends and trusted adults about your problems.
- You need to be resilient, be brave and keep on trying.
- Have hobbies and things that make you feel calm. Try colouring, singing, cooking, listening to music or reading.
